McDonald strategy: make their products convenience ones that you can get everywhere right around the corner. You have 10 minutes to kill? Why not go in a JBH for a while.
If their strategy was to have only 1 store per city it would mean potential buyers must travel more to get there. And you then it would be much less attractive compared to online shopping.
Btw you can also buy online and if something is wrong you have someone to talk to! I am wary of online shopping because when something goes wrong you can something not even contact those */%"**!
JBH strategy has its merits and I am waiting a good entry point. I have set my alert at 10$ so I am hesitating and wondering if it is soon the end of the retail sector bottom.
