You missed the point Karll.
The directors have made some strategic moves forced onto them by the rebels to ensure all the good things that are soon to be announced and organized by the board can happen.
So let's break it down. The board along with Dalton and the team have a plan to maximize shareholders profits and it is all about to unfold. In order to keep this plan on track we cannot have a board spill that will no doubt derail these plans, that is why the directors have done what they have. Their is a method to the madness. A bigger picture. It does not involve certain people though. This no doubt upsets the rebels cause. We all want the SP to go through the roof. I understand the rebels do not want to wait, because it will be too late. Deals will be done, shareholders will be happy with their burgeoning investments.
You have waited 6 years Karll. What's a few more months to see what they will do?
Is it because whatever deals are negotiated cannot be undone and you don't want to take that risk? You may be forced to, otherwise you can always sell if you are that unhappy.
The one fact that really turns me off the whole rebel movement is their blind support for John Heugh. They are so against the current board and blame them for their inability to get this company moving yet they completely separate John Heugh from the equation. Isn't that a little contradictory?
I have been involved in CTP for 4 years Karll. In and out. Currently holding for 2 years. I will not be attending the EGM. I would shake your hand Karll and hope whatever the outcome we can all respect it and move forward.
