Maybe you're right. Just wishful thinking on my part because INT could improve uptake. If it's purely low tenancy rates then it's out of our control and we just stand by and wait for "gradual" increases.
From Intermoco site:
"Intermoco Connect
We have developed an enablement portal where end users of our services can apply for services, change their requirements, pay bills and contact us for enquiries. Intermoco Connect has the capacity to monitor data and telephony usage for both businesses and individual residents and tenants."
It does make you think tenants have the right to opt in or out of individual services and 'change their requirements'.
The reason I like INT at these levels is cash backing and Energy Mad shares. Really the embedded network business is thrown in for free. We have accumulated tax losses that may be useful to someone in a similar business. We are priced as a shell. Cant really lose. So the only way is up imo.
But INT need your support to go up.
