I hope your right PT, but a "funding initiative" does not sound like a "pure government grant". Why didn't the release say "government grant initiative"?

Once again CWE will water down this company and dilute shareholder value even further. I'm sure a SPP will be included in this "funding initiative" tipped at sophiscated investors @3.5 cents. God help me if they tap the retail investor on the shoulder cause I'm sure not throwing another cent at them.

I'm very nervous and come next week I'm ready to explode if this is close to what this "funding initiative" is all about.
