I am a little surprised that this info hasn't surfaced alot earlier. This ann from Terrace didn't hurt their SP moving from 80c at the start of FEB up to $1.32 within 6 weeks.

I look at it this way, their offer is clearly not in the ball park, so the potenial offer/deal we are about to sign must be alot higher and detailed than this offer dating back to mid Feb. Especially knowing what our leases can offer from our extensive testing phase, we are about to go into business with a much larger company than Terrace Energy!

Their ann which delcared they have withdrawn their offer was dated 10th April, falls in line with GGP ann'ing that talks have 'advanced'.

SG's missus and Frank buying share's not that long ago all adds up to a JV ann very very shortly!
