But dont forget the massive block of commercial land MGY own in the capital of Madagasgar. On the books at $3m however i think its worth alot more they just dont want to revalue it and pay the tax. Have a look in the annual report big picture of it, big block great teannts and its own little mining hub. MGY infact moved their office so they could rent it out ! Freehold land in Madagasgar is only going one way for a very long time.

Rarely (never) do you get a micro cap with some many assets (i have my own NTA at $16m+) then add in the 25% in the JV free carry to BFS...blue sky is the limit there.

One small point that we are easly forgetting as well is MGY has been working on base metal projects for 4 years now and has alot of data. Now they have a new head geo/exporlation manager on side things should move alot more quickly.

Lets remeber MGY get the rights to all base metals etc.. 100% if found in the JV land. MGY still have 60% of its own land to explore for FLAKE Graphite.
