"one of the largest protests in Malaysia's history" - it was half the size of the previous one and a total failure in terms of numbers hoped for.
If it were to be announced 1st thing Monday I don't see that it follows that the Malaysian government woke up early and suddenly decided to issue TOL. They could do it today or could already have made the decision 5 minutes after the 7 hour hearing. Or 5 minutes into it.
