Option 4: Anything that is vaguely good news is being saved up until after the imminent quarterly cash flow report

Option 5: No-one at TZ got around to it

Option 6: No-one at TZ cares that much about minority shareholders, so don't see such things as significant

Option 7: There are no "indians" at TZ to do the legwork of placing announcements, keeping Web site up to date etc - only chiefs, who are far too busy and important to do such demeaning tasks

Option 8: TZ management are in such a bugger's muddle that they don't know if they're coming or going, and let it slip through the cracks

Option 9: Announcements were not flavour-of-the-month at the time
