Where would the talent go? a timeline would not prevail for them to set up another company and give themselves such generous packages.No problem with bonus as S/P increases to benefit all! just not management alone.As investors we all invest our own money not just added bonus for work we have to do to earn money.One might ask what is the million dollar pay packet for and when is it above and beyond.As said before TB HAS SAID A t/o in 3yrs at 41.00 that if occurs is when the bonus should apply.If failing this target bonus should be reduce,pay on performance-not failure.If as they say the bonus will be given-no matter what,welcome to the govt model of business,where business that fail miserable,ruin life-receive, huge bonus.And TB gave the impression be was different.GLTO,AWAITING NEXT FEW ANN.oNE SHOULD NOT BE PAID A BONUS FOR DOING THEIR JOBS,IF THEY THINK ITS A WINNER,INVEST THEIR OWN LIKE OTHER S/H.
