"Butter (not margarine but butter)
Cream (full cream only)
Milk (high fat only) and in moderation (a glass a day or so)
Steak, sausages, bacon, chicken, pork (as much as possible)
Olive oil, rich sauces." (the olive oil is good)
Your new fav diet is loaded with SATURATED FAT buddy !!!
Not sure of your age but suggest you get a blood cholesterol test.
You can die skinny ... and before your time ... your heart can't pump if your arteries are clogged up.
