The Demerged Tarcoola Group will intially have an inferior credit profile to SER.
The Demerged Tarcoola group will intially have no operational cashflow and limited access to capital raising.
The Demerged Tarcoola group will be reliant on SER for short term financial support.
Just love these non-holders,with negative comments, who post without any research.
