Why then have they allowed Rhodia to take Chinese developed tech out of the country and use it at the LAMP let alone the 5 Chinese engineers that have been working on the LAMP from the outset?
China is consolidating production, cleaning up and stamping out pirate operations, a lot of which will lead to higher production costs. With their own growing demand China will probably become a LAMP customer at some stage and probably already itching to get their hands on the HREE carbonate.
