Hey IDC Holders
Looks like we are set for some very exciting news over the next few months!
IndoCHine has just released their quarterly report.
The current drilling program is focusing on replicating previous drilling as well as the results of metallurgical drilling and sampling.
The geos and project managers are working on a high grade open pit gold mine at Mt Kare.
Also shown is the $3.4million in cash at bank. You can expect IDC to capital raise in the next 4-6 weeks. From Mr Promnitz's recent presentation it seems like they will go back to the large institutions to raise capital with them, since they are keen to continue to increase their share of IndoChine, since IndoChine's share price is expected to rise significantly in the next 12-18 months as the PFS and BFS is completed, closely followed by mining leases etc.
Below is the list of the multi billion dollar institutional investors in IDC. Having such a powerful list of investment funds behind IndoChine is a very strong asset. Google each of them, they are massive institutions. Why would they be investing in IDC, a $60-70million mkt cap explorer?????
Again Mr Promnitz states that the current drilling program will improve and increase the current resource of 2.1million ounces of gold/silver.
This means the classification of gold will be lifted into the Measured and Indicated Categories, which are the two main categories that investment decisions are made against.
The first of the high grade drilling results were good, with the ultra high grade gold assays expected to commence from next week (early May).
The paragraph below states that it takes 4 months from the time the drilling is complete to release the assay results to market. As such the results we are now receiving would have been drilled back in November 2011.
I like the sound of the "High Grade Zones of Gold Mineralisation reported from past exploration are anticipated to be repeated."
IndoCHine Wins Discovery of the Year Award. This occured in mid March 2012 and clearly shows that we are sitting on a lot of gold in Mt Kare!
There were 300 Australian explorers and miners at the Mines and Money Conference in March 2012, and INDOCHINE WON THE DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR AWARD!
As yourselves why? On the back of 2.1million ounces of gold/silver?????
How many gold explorers on the ASX have 1-2million ounces of gold, quite a few! So what makes Mt Kare special? :)
The first two drill holes were exciting, although the ultra high grades have still not been released. Hopefully we will see these higher grade intercepts of those first two holes.
THE BIG ADVANTAGE INDOCHINE HAS is that they know where the gold and silver is! Buffalo and Madison drilled 365 drill holes over 10 years! Look at the map below and look at where David Meade and his team are drilling! Smack bang right in the middle of the gold!
Here is a pic of the guys working on the drill rigs! As well as the package and storage of the drilling assays!
Mr Promnitz was able to convince the big instos the value of Mt Kare back in March 2011 to pay a 50% premium when they raised additional capital to pay for the Mt Kare project! The Instos paid 30c per share, compared to 20c IPO price from October 2010. Now that the landowners are a major shareholder in IDC and are keen for the project to move into production, a MAJOR derisking of the project, twinning and duplication drilling has shown similar grades of gold and actually shown higher grades of silver than Buffalo's drilling. You could safely assum another 25-30c Capital Raising with the institutions in the next 4-6 weeks.
We need to thank IndoChine Management, Board and highly talented staff who are all developing a gold mine, with potentially ZERO CASH COST, by using the sales of Silver to reduce the Cost which will pay for all the gold processing at Mt Kare.
Let's not forget they have achieved this in less than 16 months from listing on the ASX! This has to be some sort of record!
GO IDC!!! DRILL THAT MOUNTAIN LIKE CHARLIE BRONSON IN THE GREAT ESCAPE!
Again these are just my opinions. DYOR
Cheers Nectar
