I do hope no one attacks me for simply sharing my thoughts, I have no preference for the outcome of the T/O. I am invested in both companies.

Sorry to disagree martyfar - but whether there is a shareholder with %10 holding that 'will not sell' is somewhat less of an all powerful block.

Recent take overs where the Company making the T/O have gained above %50, have then replace the board with enough members to have Cart-Blanche which realistically means the %10 shareholder - whoever he is, has no real say over what direction or decisions the company makes. Be it capital raising, capital expenditure, or even deals regarding asset sales. I am no legal expert and I would be very interested in others thoughts regarding my post.

Tommo - for me EKA, was never going to reach full value, because it took too long to get funding for the major expansion which will occur over the next 2 years. Of course, part of their difficulty is simply that they are a small company. However, for example, EMR with a MC of $30 million- has basically secured finance of $130 Million.....

I mean, why has EKA not been able to shore up the $65 Million or so I believe the need.?

Whatever the case, if I had more time, I would be watching the register. If funds are seen to be entering EKA over the next 4 weeks.. the Takeover price will then be raised, to, perhaps $0.52. The funds will then sell in, and AUT will have probably got over %50. Therein setting the following events I mentioned above.

There are many excellent posters on the EKA threads, which I read consistently.

Lastly, out of interest, would any large EKA holders have preferred a full or partial script offer instead of just cash?

    Good luck to all holders.
