My take on it is that what they have in contracts should get them beyond break-even once installed. I dont agree re only 6 per annum - I think that most developers are running these as trials and once they start seeing the revenue coming back they will line up and spec the INT solution each time. We are not there yet and I would have said upwards of 12 per annum being installed is where I see it. I think that right about now a few developers will have started receiving cheques.
I agree it will turn fast and thats where I think it is right now. So My take is 12 contracts @ 300 K per annum with about say 20% hitting the bottom line as the infrastructure and programs are there. So thats $720k per annum and compounded each year - no tax for years and the snowball effect starts it rolling. I cannot see that as bad and the $5million per annum very quick.
I think that you will also see the company look for bolt on acquisitions after that as well.
So I can see a $50million market cap as hurdle number 1 and achievable. Beyond that we need to have a few much larger events land - don't think i am interested in thinking about those yet.
