I agree with wipeoff that you'd have a better chance of winning Ozlotto. At least with Ozlotto you know that someone will win. With dear old Flinders you get the overwhelming feeling that it's 30 cents or nothing.
As for "worst case 30c - best case $2.50". The first part's right - the worst case is 30c, I'm afraid that's also the best case.
