You are kidding yourself if you think the board will take action.
Why would they? It's not a takeover offer! they dont need to buy back A Class, they are actually better off just leaving them there and utilising the cash to drive greater returns.
I have written to the board on numerous occasions and had no response.
They rely on the letter of the law and have done so far and I suggest will do moving forward. So the boards position is no change!
Based on this premise the offer stands;
Take it and get your cash out
Vote it down and you are guaranteed to loose at least 40% to 50%.
The more I thnk about it the more I think you are a stooge for the board or someone that hasn't really thought through the consequences espescially for the majority of shareholders that have had enough and want their cash out. Only the existing board would be in favour of this!
