    I've used them too AKa and I had to keep a sum of money in a segregated account at my bank to satisfy an ASIC requirement.

    This is what Timeone have to do. The money will not sit with the state govt, it will be held by the bank to cover the guarentee. Now some of this money will be returned to Timeone in 20 plus years.
