Personally (from a chart perspective only) I would wait for the current downtrend to break up before entering...

The trend down is very clear and consistent...and when Sentiment changes it will be easy to see that (ie, chartwise) and plan a good entry. ...ie When it breaks and closes above the upper line of the descending trend channel will be when I sit up in my chair and focus the microscope.

All is IMHO DYOR to confirm
