re: Ann: UCL: Board Recommends Reject Revised... AD walked in his own knife as UCL says at current SP thé revised offer is even 3 % lower then original, so advise is still reject, which make sense todate.
What joke, instead of full gas developing Sandpiper, thkey spent all the money and ( limited ) management capacities on this one way street!! with dead end.
AD, little advice, finalize deal with NMDC first, maybe that will lift SP to 40 and helps the offer succeed.
