I can see no possible way for even Director Alice to know that the SPP is UNDER Subscribed.
Closing Date is 7th of May.It is completely usual practice for most Applications to arrive just on the Due Date.

Cash Management Good "Governance" dictates this. ie Keep Money in your Bank earning Interest rather than handing it over to the Company before Absolutely Necessary.

Rambleon there is NO first come first served "game" in SPP's.
Neither is there full allocation to some "mates"/Directors and all the Outsiders get diddly squat/cut back allocation.

but frankly you are out of your depth coming some palaver that Alice "Knows" the SPP is under subscribed.

Trust me,a lot of "conservative smart alecs' are shaping for a bruising. Think they're gunner get 50,000 shares at 30 cents and might,just might only get..what? 10,000? 20,000? incl our Alice.
