First of all , I am not implying anything here untoward and I hold Ms Cleary in high regards.

If you were a director of the company wouldn't you want to know how a major capital raising was going?

I am not sure if you have read the offer document but it mentioned that Applications can close earlier than the said date. So effectively there is a first come first serve, however it appears the closing date will run its full course (refer announcement 2nd April)

Jaded I know a little about compliance and I spent 12 years working in stockbroking. I've seen it all.


I sent my SPP off when i first got it, and my comment made earlier was to encourage others to do the same. I apologise if this has upset you however it was meant in good faith.
