I can see with us having to give away un-derisked value in Mehdiabad to MB holdings to support Sandpiper that a demerger (if that is the right word for a separate distribution of shares in NMP) to MAK and UCL holders would have been the smart thing to do.
I see Drummond has a appointed a too-clever-by-half MD for MAK. I recall how he got rid ours. Just another way to put the boot into our Board?
