top work again I4. Google earth is great, but your pics make it clear that the MNM tenement area radiating to the South EAst from the Maddingley mine is barren scrub.
It is also near to a perfect set up for the MNM/exergen plan to get a jump on their competitors in the Vic brown coal upgrade and export game by starting in BM with demo plants, and export activity.
While all other brown coal upgrade and export hopefuls will be waiting up to a decade for export from the LV to become feasible due to lack of infrstructure, BCE export from BM via Geelong can start as soon as Sedgman and Thiess can build the plant.
the only problem with your plan to get back in to MNM after the JV or merger ann is that the stock will go into TH before that happens.
You will be paying double or triple the current MNM SP after a JV or merger ann.
