More recently deals such as the Thermis Diclo deal are part of a plan to pressure big Pharma to the negotiating table and demonstrate very clever deal planning. Harry had over ten years practicing as a Lawyer specialising in corporate law and tax. He founded two listed cos of which Betatene went on to become the largest producer of natural Beta Carotene in the world. He and Inventor Simon West are the cornerstone investors that lead to the launch of POH.
