Your continued enthusiasm is amazing!! It really never ends

On a different note, who would be doing the mining? Processing? Re commissioning the plant? Where are the funds for the extra parts to get it working? Crusher? Ball Mill? Leaching facilities? When was the last time it was operational? Are they above ground or below? Who is building the shafts?

There is a big difference between having a resource and having a properly defined one and then a total mine plan... even if they started today if you saw any production within 6-8 months then they have down well - any company would be under the pump to make that happen...
