IMO a plan re funding would been conceived late last year and the dumping has been a combination of Traders, nervous nellies, and a couple of unfortunate stops.

As has been covered here before Traders have been all over this stock of late.

And a bit of research would reveal nothing has changed for those who together control over half the company.
