    Samson's board of management have been employed by SSN (us the shareholder) for an agreed salary,based on each individuals position in the company.

    Isn't it up to the owners of a company to decide when and how much an employee is awarded based on merit in a proper functioning system?

    I'm not suggesting in any way management do or don't deserve these packages.
