buyback stopped

I have noticed that the buyback has stopped.

I can understand that it was stopped during the time from the end of the month to the release of the qtly.

I cannot understand why it has not recommenced.

The only reason I can think of is that there is something that OZL is working on and they want to conserve the cash.

Any other thoughts?
