Could well be the other way around if Time = time before Q runs low on U for committed contracts - and Resources = the stuff in the ground and not the size of each party's access to cash - or even with time being the ages of the main protagonists in this modern day duel (hopefully to be fought according to the rules of engagement and with honour - and to save face for both sides - And not a duel to death :-)
Can't quite make up my mind if the aim of the appeals is to put time pressure on HG/Q or if they are necessary because we don't have sufficient evidence without the further disclosure .. or access to an expert witness who can prove the ML and D conduct claim unequivocally ..
