I would be happy not to pay union dues,if i could trust my employer to give fair rises when they are due.Pay by the book. Doesn't happen in the majority of cases. My boss is a good bloke away from work but put him into EBA negotiations and he turns into a raving lunatic. Swears ,intimidates the whole lot. Do you think that i like paying fat useless blokes part of my wage every week? The funny thing is it was management that introduced the union into our workplace. Thank god for the unions.
