The NTMA was basicly over interpretation(wording) of the liability that H/Q put AGS in, in regard to Heathgate's existing Mine.imo I'd say AGS got that rectified and their Costs covered.?imo

With regard to posters complaining, well, when you have conflicting information relayed to Holders in telephone conversations with Management, what is to be expected?
Perhaps Management could use the term "No Comment"!

yes,the NTMA settlement but is there one covering the J/Venture Agreement from Day One, thats causing disclosure problems(NTMA aside)?.Maybe thats the problem? If so why not relay that that in telephone conversation enquiries?.

The more I look at the M&D C, the more I believe that its about getting out of a J/Venture and AGS's "devised plan was implemented" from the start of the Legal Procedings, only, to rid AGS of H/Q/BBros. Theres no negotiation on this!imo

The false start(it appears now) in the uptrend provided by the Fundamental Announcement, end of last year, certainly lulled buyers into a false sense of security, believing that it would be all over soon, with buyers jumping in, upto sixty cents. Most would be short termers.imo Unfortunately the share price has resumed its down trend (which was known to the Market before the event, thanks to leaks) and will head down particularly hard if any negatives come in the short term.imo The first one, if the Appeal is rejected?. Wheres Cash backing now?

Bots rarely "determine" the trend.imo In AGS's case,No.imo

My money does not go to the Bots, my money goes to AGS and unfortunately its looking like a charity to everyone, other than Share-holders atm.LOL

Its easy to see the frustration in holders posts and thats human nature but you are correct when you write "AGS is a long term hold until the court case is over, not a short/medium term hold stock." That has been known for quite some time now but it still does not stop new Buyers jumping in once the "hype" is started when any positive announcement comes along, "created" only to feed the Day/short/term traders.

FrankieB even with yourself you've experienced quite a ride already with your initial low hold. There would probably be some emotion already experienced imo
