Yes, seems SYR are vending some of the exploration permits into CSE. Will be interesting to see which ones they are?
CSE should get quite a lift out of this as it's last trade was 14.5c yet it owns 11million SYR shares and had $2.9m in the bank which gives it assets of more than 16cps. Now with a genuine exploration project in hand it could potentially be valued at a fair bit more..
Structure of the deal will be interesting..
