It's worth remembering that Nana's employer Clarus Securities was co-lead manager on PRU's C$81 mill fund raising last October. While I agree with some of the points he's made, he's hardly going to talk the stock down in public and I'm always wary of analysts making lots of positive commentary about a stock their firm has sold to clients.
If he's right, great. Those who've been in the stock for a while can look froward to even more gains. But his overwhelmingly upbeat responses should be taken with a grain of salt in my opinion. He could simply be trying to beat up buying interest for clients who want out. Just my cynical view.
