Dupont took along time to sign up ,they would have requested samples for testing but also may be wondering if management can it built.if the next deadline is missed what to then ? Wait for more people to do 3 months each minimum Due diligence then try and and negotiate another 3 months ,that is time for AGM ,I would think we own him till then ,I would think the stock is loosely held because the time it has taken to get a deal .There is only only 1 substantial investor,why is there no more with such a good project so close ,or is the substantial holder a fool with limited or no knowledge of the stock market .
