    It gets worse, Their mortage is actually 784,000!
    480,000 + 304,000,

    "their investment property which has a mortgage of $304,000, while their new four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the northern suburb of Tapping has $480,000 against it."

    I can honestly say I would rather live my life on a park bench then live that life.
