Hanrahan, your daughtr is obviously a valid case but there is no doubt many out there rort the system. I know many myself who openly rort the system. It's generally a a valid question, some can't work, can't sit down except it seems when it comes to travelling for enjoyment.
If governments are so keen to cut expenses, why not start with those who openly rort the system? Seems to me that all governments in the past turn a blind eye and I'm not sure why.
