re: Ann: Directors Resignation and Transition... I spoke to Frank this morning about it (maybe 20-mins ago). There is not much myself or Frank can add to the announcement, we are just going to have to wait for further news. Anything else would be prohibited.

Firstly it is hard not to panic given this sort of development. That is obvious. But I am not panicking and I will let everyone else make up their minds about this. I didnt want to see this happen, but its happened and we are going to have to accept that.

The most important take out is that everything is progressing as normal and it is business as usual. We will all have to wait a month to see how the new management structure is going to play out as ORD is on the precipice of bringing LAOS to reality. Given what some may say as disappointing management performance over the last year, this development may be a good thing (i.e new people to take us to the next level). Companies go through phases in their life, and maybe its time for ORD to enter the next phase with a fresh pair of eyes.
