That sometimes can be a problem in sending money in to pick up your entitlement and see the share price fall below offer and not be able to buy on market because funds are tired up.
Have been in that situation a few times with applying for shortfall shares and not getting any or very few and could have brought on market! Just need more available $ to invest I guess.
