    Yes, when any real estate institute posts a single word, it's complete BS to appease their paying members. members being real estate agents. Simple.

    Again I do question the random positive article coming from the same property journalist spruik that obviously has a vested interest to keep their own property prices up. Of course with an industry that lacks integrity, these journalist don't need to disclose their property investments.

    So whether you are bear or bull, it's in your own interest to question the writers motive. and by looking at the market now, you have to question the outlandish positive articles.

    The particular article you copy and pasted has more holes then a sieve.

    The way I read the article for Perth is:

    - Perth prices from 2011 to march 2012
    - Declined 7.7%
    - rose 2.2%
    - Equates to a..... 5.5% overall decline.

    How is that positive? oh wait because the journalist told you.
