Play2win I think you would find that very few single parents have the time to watch soapies all day as you put it.
The reality is that there is washing and ironing , cooking ,purchasing of food, general housework ,helping children with homework, bills to be paid , taking kids to sport etc etc......
In a single parent household everything falls to one person. I agree there are some who are rorting the system but they would be the minority in my opinion.
You obviously don't have kids and have never been a single parent.
