Hi Tibsy and all those new to voting.

1. If you do not nominate someone who can attend the meeting on your behalf then the Chairman becomes your proxy.

2. You can fill in the proxy form as you see fit and the Chairman must follow your instructions.

3. If you leave some or all of the FOR and AGAINST boxes blank then the Chairman will vote your shares FOR the motions where you have left the boxes blank.

4. Please do not ABSTAIN that is just wasting your vote.
