n every case I can recall, where a company has done a share consolidation the share price has fallen. I can’t see what shareholder value is created via a share consolidation. It’s like re stacking the deck chairs on the titanic, it won’t help.

The Notice mentions that the reason is so we have a share price equivalent to peers. Is the share price not irrelevant? It’s the market capitalisation that is a comparison between peers. Why not do a consolidation of 720,000 : 1, that way we can say our share price is the first past $1,000 a share. Does that mean we can compare ourselves against Apple and Google?

Happy about the strategic direction bit and change of name (hopefully they did that internally and didn't spend tens of thousands for that name and design etc).

The company has now cleared its debt, re arranged the board and appointed a chairman with vast experience and runs on the board. Now is the time to put the past behind us and get this company set in a new direction which I believe they are doing. It will be interesting to see what they are looking at in Brazil.

I would prefer to unlock shareholder value by selling the company at 7.5 x +. At the current price it is undervalued. Lets hope with the changes made this company can now begin a new lease on life.
