Lazzarus here...a month since my "possible timeline" post...my ohhh my a month is a long time (so is 24hr lol)

I reckon ~90% of that timeline is still accurate...

The original AGL decision was Apr 17 from memory. Possibly, given the Apr 27 GM, ECT had planned to make other anns soon after the GM but things have been delayed?

Considering AGL will potentially control 100% of "Australia's largest brown coal power station"...and ECT are almost 100% reliant on this p/station - obviously the May 17 date has HUGE ramifications for ECT. Maybe the "mid May" update is interwined some how?

The other obvious key event (other than Pas's Govt grant update) looming is:

"The Company has also agreed with Monash Capital to enter into good faith negotiations to conclude an agreement whereby Monash Capital will provide project financing for the construction of a single module Coldry Commercial Demonstration plant of 150,000 to 200,000 tonnes per annum capacity in the Latrobe Valley to prove the economics of Coldry production in Victoria. The Company will offer to Monash Capital participation in joint ventures in respect of the commercial exploitation of the Coldry and Matmor technologies and other commercial opportunities as they emerge. These negotiations will be complex but are expected to be concluded within three months and the Company will announce details when the key terms of the proposed deal are agreed."

That was Mar 15 - so given the re-birthed coy's rep for hitting dates - I reckon its fair to say June 15 or earlier to get confirmation of true World landmark lignite upgrading news.

Dr Makino's esteemed associates worldwide will be watching as will instos/Govts/Tincom etc. Everyone from the lignite upgrading/burning world (and BCE burners) will be clued in imo. On the $50-60m being committed...if you believe it will occur (the sp seems to indicate its on track) - Coldry will be the undisputed 1st mover in the main game LV. Looking forward to it.
