Akq,I think the answer to your Q. is quite simple really i.e.that Rupe old chap is a bit slow to pick up the ball and run with it.(excuse the Rupertesque type pun!!!!)...Why you ask( in plain English),does not compute with Rupe because he is only concerned with his eloquent use of his own dribble.
Actually Rupe,when i was a kid there was a Sydney Uni.Union Flyhalf called Rupert Rosenbloom,a short,plump,slow moving player who talked a hell of a lot but didnt have the skills to back it up(unlike MNM who are almost the opposite i.e.NO talk but getting the job done!!!!)....Rupe any connection???????
