Kos - with respect, it is not a fact that the TIS has no idea why the SP rose in the last week and a bit...If TIS has "no explanation" why the SP rose, then they must all be living in some remote ivory tower without any connection with the real world....

You say you yourself were surprised when tIS didnt do a deal with big phrama and instead took the route it has. Well, I was too. And so was most of the market. I agree it was the right decision to make. BUT, why was the market taken by surprise? They must have been thinking about that approach for many months. If they had been communicating with shareholders regularly , it would not have taken the market by surprise.

And,at the other extreme, what about all those earlier announcement about an imminent commercial deal?

It is almost like TIS knew that got it wrong by making all those announcements and now they have decided not to say anything at all. In other words, if we cant get our communications right, we wont say anything (or perhaps more likely, if we are going to be criticised every time we say something, we arent going to say anything).

Regrettably SM is defintely not a stickler for detail when it comes to shareholder communications...

I truly believe we are on a good thing here and I see great things happening in the next 2 months, but they really do need to sort out how to get their message out to the market. If they cant do it with their present personnel, they need to hire someone who can, coz it aint up to scratch...unfortunately, products cant speak for themselves- they need a human interface...
