So what because you can't afford to buy a house I shouldn't buy one either-yeah that'l teach 'em
I didn't set the society standard-people running around buying the latest and greatest gadgets and building a bigger and better house did, all trying to compete with one another. I just adapted to the society you set, I didn't bitch and whinge about it. And NO I don't think it's fair, but I made the best of it. In fact I went one better I built 3 property's specifically designed for the renter-what you want in a property, not me. You should be grateful that investors do that or the housing shortage would be greater again and YOUR rents would be where you cannot afford them and you would join the homeless on the street. It really s**ts me that you build society and I am astute (or stupid) enough to adapt, yet it's my fault you can't afford a house. I didn't try to out build any one I built simple yet sound property's for people to rent at the market price at the time.
