correct me if im wrong but doesn't look like they have set eligibility date yet for proposed offer to existing holders? - ie you can still buy (buy more) on market to be eligible for further placement at .053 and 1 free option for every 2 shares

I'm a bit supprised this isn't holding up a bit better because of this - unless I'm wrong?
