they are negotiating ( probably near finalised) a deal for a percentage of the asset - between 10 and 20% likely 15% say... if they issue shares in conjunction with the deal as well ..so be it it may need that to get the deal done but that'll have to be at a relevant market price ie near traded. They need shareholder approval too so the discount cant be great ..and the agm is at the end of the month ..be patient .. i m sure itll be really good ..this asset is just too good and already substantially de risked,, Funding will spur serious activity in the very near term .. relax guys
