With TP as MD, and, Xstrata on board i'm not worrying about MW's actions too much.
Soon Xstrata will have to make decisions on helping us speed up the labs along with growing towards a mining operation. Xstrata won't let us copout "sit on our laurels",they have a stake in this now to bring on profits.
